Heavy duty machining center with Fanuc controller GV2030 adopts FANUC (SIEMENS optional) for the controller system and servo motor.
Two columns and crossbeam are integrated constructure, making the machine have better rigidity, long-lasting stability, and excellent shock absorption performance. Equipped with high performance controller, servo motor, high precision guideway/screw makes it a high-efficiency and high-precision machine. Z-axis balanced with pneumatic cylinder (nitrogen booster cylinder) to reduce the burden of the motor so that the machine can focus on the milling capacity. HSK high-speed spindle is optional which can improve the milling efficiency. Scientific management and strict detection equipment ensure the precision and quality of the machine. CNC controller like Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi is optional for customers’ s preference.

The whole series of KAIBO CNC milling machine all adopts C class HIWIN or PMI/Taiwan ball screw,
P class HIWIN or PMI/Taiwan linear guide, The guide (slider) adopts a roller guide with a larger contact surface.
