In earlier years, customers may find C-frame vertical milling centers cost slightly less than a dual column bridge mill, while they also recognize that when they try to take the same depths of cut and feed rates as they would on a bridge mill, which can take a far heavier beating. Because of that, there’s a lot more maintenance on a standard C-frame type VMC than on a bridge mill.

To solve the problem for users, KAIBO developed FH series C frame vertical milling center, internally designed as diagonal rib plate reinforcement, advanced structural design, to ensure the overall rigidity of the machine tool, the stability of the body, and anti-vibration damping. The selection of high precision screw rod and roller guide not only ensures the feed speed and accuracy of the machine tool but also takes into account the bearing capacity. Equipped with a high-speed spindle with a speed of 8000 rpm-12000 rpm, the processing effect is comparable to that of a CNC engraving and milling machine. The brain one system of this machine can select Mitsubishi system of Japan, fancy system of Japan, and Syntec system of Taiwan with strong “cost performance” and excellent after-sales service system.
